Brother there is no discrimination on the basis of caste in any of the Institutes of India wether it be Bits Pilani or any other Institutes and yeah Bits Pilani is the only Institute in India that take students just  on the basis of marks scored in BITSAT .They don't give any caste based reservation unlike reputed Institutes.

There is not any such type of category wise discrimination is there in any of the University / College level entrance exam and in case of BITS premises there is not any type of category wise cuttoff in the BITSAT. Yeah definitely they will intake the candidate's from every category irrespective of their number in the BITSAT rather than their category. So you need to score the sufficient marks such that you will be in the radar to take the respective branch at the premises.
