CSE from IIT Hyderabad has its own advantage. The reasons are 

1. Hyderabad is an IT city. Name any major CSE company and chances are its there in Hyderabad. You get a lot of exposure here.
2. Placements have been good with offers more than the number of students here. Average ~10 lpa
3. CSE in IIT hyderabad is definitely considered good and recent opening and closing ranks of Hyderabad (despite being new IIT)

4.Because of less strength in CSE department (40 students per batch), students get lot of opportunities for summer training in reputed companies(like Microsoft, Google etc.) and foreign institutes.
