you cannot do a post graduation course without having a graduation degree so you need to do a graduation course in a stream in which you are comfortable but if you are very determined that you want to do MBA as you post graduation so I don't think you should do English honours you can go for other courses that may help you with your MBA as MBA have many subjects and you can do MBA specialisation also but you need to choose the right course for yourself for that .
