Hope you are doing good

See , first of all it will depend upon your marks as if your marks are good and you can get a govt. College then do so.

If you have comparatively less marks , then you can surely try for private colleges.
Also , not every private college is good just as not every govt. College is good.

But yes , good private colleges will actually give you a great exposure but there would be a severely high fee.

So if you can afford that much of fee then surely you can go for private medical college
