I would highly recommend you to prioritise your course of study above the college. You should choose the subject you are highly interested in, something you would would want to pursue in future. You will be able to achieve good grades if you follow the course that you enjoy. It will assist you in developing your abilities. You will always have a high chance of getting into a more prominent college or university at postgraduate level, even if you follow a chosen course from a less recommended or "not so famous" institution and perform well at yout pg level.
