Should I take BSc Physics or BBA LLB cuz I'm a UPSC aspirant and I wanna start my prep during the course of my degree. Also considering which course provides safer backup even if I don't crack UPSC and what job opportunities do these degrees offer respectively if I don't make it ?

Hello
To qualify in UPSC exam candidates have to do BA Honours  in Sociology/Economics/psycology or BSc in  honours with physics/chemistry/Mathematics or VA in History with atleast 60% marks in ug courses. But after all  the motivation and mental set up for doing hard labour with a systematic routine regular practice is urgent.
But if you do not set up your mind for UPSC exam the the subjects mentioned here will be better for further study and doing a job  in future.
Hope this help.
