The colleges under IPU Delhi have an 85% reservation for the students belonging to national capital region of Delhi and the rest 15% for all India students out of which all India reservation students are also there. Therefore there will be very less seats for all India students belonging to general category.

But nevertheless you should still apply for IPU, you may secure a seat if your rank is very good.
