It depends upon the medical course you are asking about , that whether you should appear in neet only or cet also.

Neet is single entrance examination by qualifying which you can get admission  in all the medical colleges be it private or government  including AIIMS and JIPMER  for

So , for these courses, you don't need to appear in any other entrance or any CET examination.
