HI, CSE is one of the most opted branch and changing from Mechanical to CSE can be tough. Though the probability in Jamia is less. Even if it changes the following are the few conditions:
- Your all subjects record in first year should be clear and should not be failing in any.
- Your attendance criteria
-Seat Availability in CSE batch

So it will not be that easy if you choose one branch you shall most likely stick to that only.
