Hi Mukesh,

It is mandatory to write CET to get into a college in most of the states but autonomous colleges have their own entrence exams where you have to secure a minimum score to clear the examination. The closing and opening cutoffs vary from college to college.

If you are not writing CET then I would recommend you to contact with the college you want to join and ask them about their entrence exam and what is the eligiblity required to apply for the entrence exam conducted by them.

If you are unable to contact the college then you can always ask us about the college you want to join and we'll help you get the required details.

Hope I have helped you solve your question.

All the best.
