It's quite for tough for us to let you know that there's almost no chance for you to secure a seat in GMCH, Assam.
If we go through the statistics of 2017, the closing rank of GMCH in second counseling was around 65,000 which would roughly correspond to a marks of about 420.
In a similar scenario, the NEET Phase 2 saw the closing rank of GMCH at 20,000 considering NEET Phase 2 to be quite difficult, the closing marks would surely have been more than 420.
With 302 on board, even a ST certificate might not help you enabling a seat.
