As you wanted to which college is best in respect of placements after graduation,it would be better if you go for NIE rather than St.Joseph engineering college .As it is an AAA+ accreditation as well as with good reviews and placements .St.joseph is a new College ,so it would be better with NIE . 
NIE college has much better facilities as compared to St Joseph's ,it is approved by AICTE (All India council of technical education).The salary package starts with a package of about 3lakhs and the highest package is 13.14 lakhs and the average package is 5lakhs.It is an autonomous private college with an estimated course fees of about 5.92 lakhs.So after all these pros ,I would like to suggest you NIE college over St.joseph's engineering college.
