It is according to government quota rules .In DTU 40 students of sc category from outside Delhi get admission in different branches as    computer science 7seats, civil. 3seats,E&CE.4seats,EE  5 seats,IT 3seats, mechanical 5 seats etc....

Sir only 7 seats for outside Delhi SC candidates in CSE but why cut off is very low? 28000 closing rank 1st round in 2018.
