Firstly Girls institute of technology and sciences doesn't have a M.tech program rather it hosts a M.E course . For the very course you would have to qualify a entrance exam conducted by BITS Pilani . BITS offers M.E in 14 specialized courses they are

• Biotechnology .
• Chemical .
• Civil ( infrastructure engineering and management , transportation engineering , structural engineering ) .
• Communication
• Computer .
• Design engineering .
• Software
• Mechanical
• Embedded systems
• Manufacturing systems engineering
• Microelectronics

• There is a elligibility criteria which the candidate has to fulfill in order to take admission in the above mentioned courses .
• A minimum aggregate mark of 60% in graduation . As you mentioned you secured 75% you mark into the elligibility criteria .
• Should have a merit score in BITS HD M.E exam .
• You are required to visit the site www.bitsadmission.com .
• Fill application form
• Send the filled form with application fee to the below mentioned address .
• The dean , admissions BITS Pilani -Pilani -333031 ( Rajasthan ) .
• ENTRANCE EXAM PATTERN :
  
• A total of 30 questions in first round , time limit 45 minutes .
• This test is compulsory for all the candidates .
• Core subject bring mathematics ( 15 questions )
• English language skills and logical reasoning (15)
• Test 2 has 70 questions , 105 minutes .
• The cut off is set by the Institution itself depending on various parameters like difficulty of question and no of seats filled .
