Sir, I am belong to Uttar Pradesh but I passed 10th and 12th from Pune. Can I appear mh cet 2019 exam for admission of engineering

Hi

Yes definitely 

But you will  fall in 15 % seat quota. 

85% is reserved for Maharashtra student 

Thier are several eligibility criteria. 

You fall in criteria  type A
