Can I eligible for MHT CET 2018, I have passed 12th class in2016 & I belong to Uttar Pradesh.
However, All India candidates may or may not appear for MHT-CET as Score of JEE(Main) Paper I shall be preferred over MHT-CET 2018 for admission to B.E./B.Tech.
According, to the eligibility criteria you should passed 12th class exam or its equivalent exam in the year 2017 or are appearing in the qualifying examination in 2018 are considered eligible for appearing in MHT CET 2018.
You can take admission in private college of Maharashtra through JEE Main.
Below is the eligibility criteria of JEE Main
- Students who are born on or after October 1, 1993 are eligible to apply for JEE Main 2018 there is relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and PwD category.
- You must have passed 12thclass or qualifying exam in 2016 or 2017. Appearing students can also apply.
- It is mandatory for candidates to have taken 5 subjects in 12thor qualifying exam.
- For admissions to NITs/ IIITs/ GFTIs, you must have secured at least 75% marks in class 12th exam or be in the top 20 percentile or ST/SC it id 65% marks.
- You can give JEE Main only three times.
