Yes, you are eligible for MHT CET exam.
Below is the eligibility criteria of the exam
- There is no age limit in MHT CET.
- You should have Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least required percentage of marks (as notified by the Government from time to time) in the above subjects taken together.

Outside Maharashtra Student won't be eligible for Government and Govt. Aided colleges, they will be eligible for All India Seats of Private colleges.
However, All India candidates may or may not appear for MHT-CET as Score of JEE(Main) Paper I shall be preferred over MHT-CET 2018 for admission to B.E./B.Tech.
