It depend on the following factors ;

Mainly it depends on the branch for which you are applying.
If the cuttoff of that branch is under your domain then surely you will get into it.
Sometimes seats also matter in that branch. If the seats are sufficient and interested / eligible student's are less then surely then will decrease their cutoff based on the situation.
