You needed 500+ marks for mbbs and 400+marks for bds in government colleges .you can apply for mbbs and bds in private colleges with management quota but it is expensive. 

BAMS cut off is usually low approximately 350+ in goverment colleges you can get them. Fill the counselling form carefully. For further queries feel free to ask us.

Frankly speaking with a score you are expecting you have very less chances to get into govt colleges through the AIQ and state quota both for MBBS and BDS.
Regarding admission in to BAMS you can expect a seat in the reservation category according to the last year cutoff. But the cut off varies from year to year.
You can expect a seat in the private Deemed Universities for BAMS easily.
