Congratulations for scoring outstanding rank. The cutoff every year changes as no. Of students appeared changes , the difficulty level of the paper changes, these factors affect the overall cutoff. So it is very difficult to predict cutoff however we can compare previous year's Cutoff. The cutoff for previous year is as follows :- 

General- 2300(cutoff rank) 168 (cutoff marks) 

OBC- 850(cutoff rank) 174 (cutoff marks)

SC - 395(cutoff rank) 107(cutoff marks)

ST - 231(cutoff rank)  66(cutoff marks)
