I am sorry to say but with a meagre score of 150, it won't at all be enough to bag you a seat in any of the Govt. Medical Colleges all over India.
Even if you have the EWS Quota, it won't be enough to let you secure a seat.
If you are too passionate about the MBBS field, I would suggest you to take a drop and work hard in order to crack NEET 2020.

As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With 150 marks in general category , you might not get any government college through All India quota or state quota. You might not even get private colleges.
So I'll suggest you to go for some other courses or prepare fo NEET next year and secure better marks.
