Well as you mentioned you belong to VJ category I'm assuming that you belong to maharashtra. Correct me if I am wrong and ask for queries again.
So even after 3 percent VJ reservation you need to score a minimum of 450 marks to get into a government medical college in maharashtra.
I am sorry to say but you will face difficulties getting a government seat.
