with 15698 in obc category and with 94.7 percentile it is hard to get electrical in givernment college like NIT ,IIIT AND MNIT.But do not lose hope.You may get low branch in atleast one NIT in your home state.lets hope for the best to happen.i am giving you the government colleges you would be getting :
