In DTU or in any other colleges participating in jac counselling is done on the basis of CRL rank and not any category ranks. You should also tell us your CRL rank in jee mains and also that whether you are from Delhi or outside delhi. If your CRL rank is below 1,50,000 than you can get CE,ME,MCE,EE etc. While if your rank is above 150000 than you will get PIE, PCT,EP, ENE , biotech etc.
Jac counselling has been started. You should fill its application form to participate in the counselling and to get admission in DTU,NSUT,or IIIT-d. You can apply online at jac Delhi website.
