Dear aspirant
Last year opening rank for CS branch was 23366 and closing rank was 41688 and by considering last year data it seems that your rank will be above 45000 that's why you are not eligible for BTech in CSE branch in MIET MEERUT.
So try for other branch like electrical , civil or mechanical.
But some factors also plays a major role in counselling like many students don't show interest in UPSEE counselling. Like last year many seats goes vacant. Thus, chances of getting a vacant seat is high this year also.
Best of luck and try your best in counselling.
I hope this information is helpful for you.

Hii aspirant
You did not mention your PCM score here
And only mentioned the 188 score in UPSEE
so you rank amost around 125000-130000
and according to previous trends to get
CSE in Miet you should get
For general category end rank after 1st counseling was 46000
And for SC category it was 110000
So it will be difficult for you
