With a rank of 20k you can get NIT colleges through home state quota as per previous year cutoff marks :

NIT Hamirpur
NIT Srinagar
NIT Puducherry
NIT Agartala
NIT Silchar
NIT Surat
NIT Jalandhar
NIT Raipur
NIT Kurukshetra
NIT Arunachal Pradesh
NIT Manipur
NIT Mizoram
NIT Sikkim

You can get admission in IIIT such as IIIT Hyderabad, IIIT Delhi, IIIT Bangalore and others. You can also get admission in state colleges where jee main percentile is considered for admission.
