With this score its tough to get good IIIT but you can get NIT with this score but you maynot be getting your desired branch or desired campus. To know about the available NITs with your rank you can check on the following link to previous year cutoffs of NIT's

Hey, thats not a very bad rank

Yes you can still get into national institutes of technology but they wont be the 1st. You can aim for the 3rd tier NITs which are not so bad either. But if you have given any other entrance exam, keep your options open. You can also try for 2nd tier NITs but they are also 50-50 chances.
