Last year the cut off rank for BHU PET political science for genrage Category students was 251 and for OBC category rank it was 119 rank. Given your rank of 351 in general category and 157 rank in OBC category, you do have a chance to get admission in the University, as you are not much far from the cut off rank last year. It is not normal for cut off to change every year, little bit, so you caj hope for the best, till the cut off is released by the university.
