Sir, I got 35555 rank in AP eamcet. I belogs to Bcd caste and have CAP reservation. Can I get mechanical seat in JNTU OR S University

No! You don't have a chance of getting JNTU. You should have a rank of below 10,000 though you have cap reservation also to get into JNTU.
