AP eamcet is an entrance exam conducted to get admissions in engineering colleges organized by the Andhra Pradesh state board.
The cutoff rank of SVU is
CSE : 16k
ECE : 17K
EEE :15K
CIV : 21K
MECH : 21K
CHE : 42K
these cutoff changes year by year. You can get Chemical engineering in SVU, Tirupati.
There are many other colleges for your rank.

No check if it is possible put it as first option there is a chance because so many have admitted in other states due to delay of results and counselling
