To get admission in a Government college for BAMS/BHMS course, your score should be above 350 marks.As per your question and details you are getting 584 in neet  that's a very good score although you belong too general category.You can get admission in government college with no difficulty.

584 marks is good for neet . You can think of getting a decent government medical college with this much marks under all india. For example last year marks required in neet for Dr Sampurnanand Medical College, Jodhpur was 580 for general category.
So yes you can get a government medical college,  but the only problem is that this year neet paper was very easy so  cut off may get a hike but if everything thing I mean cut off for different colleges remains like past years then you will definitely get a college.
