Sir I got 59 in maths 87 in physics 66 in chemistry 97 in computer science..in ISC board...shall I apply counseling..??

You can apply for counseling. However the chances of you getting a seat is low to null,  unless you are a PwD or ST candidate. So essentially, applying for counseling won't be fruitful.
