Dear Akash

As you have stated that you have got 70.44 percentile in HPCET. I would like to tell you that Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test only allows hpcet Mark's to get into college based in Himachal Pradesh. You have not specified your category so I am taking it as you belong to general category. In that case you can't get into any government college as your percentile is low but you can get private colleges with these Mark's. I hope it helped
