but if you crack the exam you won't be because colleges take aggreate of 3 subject that is maths physic and chemistry 

college like iits ,nits etc they have eligiblity criteria 60 %in every subject

you can also some pritvate colleges like symbosis, mit(pune)etc

As per the eligibility, It is necessary to have taken five subjects Language, Physics, Mathematics, Any one of (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject), 5-Any other subjects.

And to get admission in IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs, you should have minimum 75% in class 12th & For SC/ ST, the eligibility is minimum of 65% marks in class 12 or equivalent.

You are eligible to give jee mains exam but is not eligible to sit for NITs, IITs and CFTIs. The basic eligibility criteria are listed below:-

• For NITs, IIITs and CFTIs admissions, the candidates should have obtained a minimum of 75% aggregate marks or be in the top 20 percentile of their respective boards. For SC/ST category, a minimum of 65% marks required.
• It is important that they must have passed their class 12 examination in 2018 or 2019. Only three consecutive attempts are allowed for JEE Main.
