As you said, you are studying in 12 th and interested in jee preparation so I would suggest you a list of books that you must follow being a jee aspirant:
1. NCERT (part 1 and 2)
.2 .DC Pandey ( electricity and magnetism)
3. DC Pandey ( optics and modern physics)
4. Concepts of physics by HC verma
These are the very basic and common books which you must ho through.
After completing the syllabus, just start solving the questions of Mains and advance of previous years. For that, there are number of options available like Disha, Arihant.. etc.
I think that would be enough for mains paper.
