Seeing your performance in JEE mains paper, you could have a chance to procure a seat for yourself in CTAE Udaipur also called Udaipur College of Engineering.

The regular cutoff for jee mains goes around 65+ marks and a rank approximation upto 130,000.

Also as you are from Bihar and have a good score in JEE, you can also apply for this college through REAP(Rajasthan Engineering Admission Procedure).
