As you mentioned  you have 92% don't worry your percentage are enough to get admission in PU .
Eligibility for B.com is minimum 50% in 12th
Admissions are on based on Entrance exmas.

If in case the seats in PU gets full you can also apply in college that are affiliated to P.U like
DAV Chandigarh
Govt. College sec11 & 46
Khalsa College
S.D College etc.

*These Colleges provide degrees with the same value.
