As you have got 98 percentile, it is a very good score and as your category rank is nearly 5000 so your CRL rank must be under 1 lakh as per my knowledge.And with rank also from obc you can definitely get a NIT college in India and you can apply for whatever branch in which you are interested.You can apply for every NIT in which you are interested with what branch you want in that college.You can definitely get a good college as per your ranking.

sorry to say you are not eligible to get admission in nsit despite of your excellent score in jee main. as nsit eligibile criteria is in 10+2 in pcm general or obc candidate need to have 75%.
