With this rank you should be able to get a seat in Galgotias and KIET although you might not be able to get a seat in the earlier rounds but in the later rounds of counselling you should be able to get a seat there. However, getting a seat with this rank in AKG will be fairly difficult although you can try in the spot round of counselling where you might have a better chance of getting admission. Hope this helps.
