Regarding branch interest to be ECE or CSE, then prefer IIIT Bh over NIT K 

While interest is in core brnahc and to experience better campus and industrial exposure, then prefer NITK over IIIT bh

Hi ! Yes, you can get any of one such college. IIIT Karnataka is a mediocre college which you can get after some rounds in Jossa counselling. If not then also don't worry because you will get it through mop up round, because vacancies are always there. Getting nit Karnataka is bit tough with this rank.
