Cutoffs change every year based on the number of seats available ,number of applicants and the difficulty level of the exam etc. Based on previous year cutoffs , also keeping in mind that this year the competition has tightened with cutoffs going up for OBC category  for government seat under state counselling you should have a score around 380-400+ minimum . Hence your chances for govt. seat seems low but you can get good private colleges.
