This will confirm you only Delhi university officials. This is hard to tell if you fill application twice then will it be accepted or not.

You can do one thing, directly contact with DU enquiry regarding this matter.

What I think is the first filled application will accepted and automatically the second one will be rejected.

There is very high chances that your registration will be rejected as it is notified earlier that a person registering 2 times will be rejected for admission.

So you can do cancel or withdraw your one registration or contact DU admission cell.
