As your doubt is about du ug form where by default you wrote your address two times at same place and now you are concerned about it that will it create any problem or not ? So, don't worry about it it will not create any problem for you . They are self understood and can know easily that it happened by mistake only.

I have filled du form twice because I have to change my category because I filled up my form with general category and want to change it in ews Will it create any problem

No this will not create any problem if you have cancelled your previous form
There was no option to cancel the form
