BCE bhagalpur is considered one of the best college under BCECE. Generally BCE bhagalpur cut off is higher than other colleges.
Since you have scored 66 percentile which is not so good, you have very little possibility of getting admitted in bce.
If you belong to SC/ST category than you have chance to get a seat in bce bhagalpur.
But if you are gen/OBC then your chances are low.
But try once and register yourself in the counselling process.
