Sir i have got 91 percentile in jee mains from ebc cateogary from bihar. can i get civil in bce bhagalpur or muzzafarpur

It will be difficult to get MIT muzaffarpur with this rank is jee main because cutoff this college always go hight because it is top engineering college under BCECE in bihar.
But with this percentile you will get bhagalpur engineering college along with option of darbhanga engineering college.
