I got 82.5 percentile in Jee mains(OBC) Can I get Admission in BCE bhagalpur or MIT muzaffarpur ?

(100-your total percentile)*869010/100
In your case it is
(100-82.5)*869010/100=152076
And your expected rank will be around 60k-70k.With this rank it is difficult to get seat in this college considering 2019 cut off.
The cut off is as follows in 2019 for each branch for OBC category

• Computer science engineering 240-334
• civil engineering 297-319
• electrical engineering 519-561
• Mechanical engineering 600-688
• electronics and electrical engineering 640-756

So it is better if you better if you prepare for JEE main April session.
