You can get scholarship for both class 12 marks and JEE score. However, you can avail only one scholarship, whichever is higher.
Since you have scored 88 percent marks in JEE, the scholarship you can get on the basis of this score is 20 percent waive off on the program fee while on the basis of qualifying exam, you can get a 30 percent waive off on the program fee.
