You have obtained Common Rank list (CRL) of  50,142 and your corresponding OBC category rank is 13,345. With such rank it would be difficult for you to get seat in top NITs and top IIITs. You will be getting lower branches in some moderate NITs or IIITs. You can also try in some newer NITs if you want because there you might get a decent branch.
