You can submit fees of rs 1000 for counselling... And wait for the first round of counselling to began. .. Research some of the colleges that fall near your cutoff and fill your choice filling preference accordingly..  After first round you will be allotted a college based on your rank.. If you are satisfied you can freeze it.. And after first round you have to pay rs 40000 which will be adjusted in your fees.. And you can wait for 2nd round of counselling..
