Well as far as the eligibility criteria is concerned for Masters in Public Administration program at Jamia Milia Islamia University, it is clearly mentioned in the prospectus 2020-2021 that the students graduated or graduating with B.Sc./B.A./B.Com./B.Ed. need to have atleast 50% marks in graduation in order to apply for the program.
