It is difficult to predict your exact admission possibilities for Punjab Engeneering College or the exact qualifying marks as the exam is being conducted twice in multiple session, The final NTA scores will be used to rank the candidates. 

Moreover in year 2018 ,for SC category the rank required in Puanjab Engeneering college for CSE branch is:

Opening Rank : 84,470

Closing Rank : 98,963

So there are chances that you can get a seat in Puanjab Engeneering college in CSE branch.

If this is your category rank then your chances is less because last year around 2500 rank was cutoff for SC student.
